Two rounds for max reps of:
Ring Dips (one unbroken set)
Rest 1 minute
Push-ups (one unbroken set)

Rest 2 minutes

3-Position Clean (high hang, above the knee, floor)


Rest 5 minutes.


Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
4 Muscle-ups
8 Burpees
12 Toes-to-bar

    Cfb and cfm members! I highly recommend that you attend the Olympic Lifting seminar this Saturday the 12th. It's a full day of practical work and instruction. Even if you've done it before, I suggest that you do it again.
    If you have a friend who wants to learn some new techniques, invite them along too! Anyone at any level will benefit from this.
