225/155 pound Deadlift, 9 reps

9 Handstand Push-ups

    Any Master's over 40 looking to compete I have a spot for someone to partner with me at the CompWod this weekend at Cordis Crossfit. Let me know so I can avoid a forfeit and should be a fun and challenging day.
