5 Deadlifts
1 Hang Clean
5 Front Squats
12 Rounds @ 135/95 for time.
The catch is that once you start each round, you can't let go of the bar. All 11 reps must be consecutive. The clock never stops, but if you drop the bar before the set is done, the round doesn't count. So the trick is not to go if you think you'll drop it, but get it done as fast as you can.
